Fresh off the news of Janet Jackson's recent breakup with longtime boyfriend Jermaine Dupri and the death of her brother, she had an amazing performance at the VMA's. Janet has definitely kicked things into high gear as if she had much to prove for MJ's memory as for her own sake. The only thing she hasn't done is cut or dye her hair, something most women do after a serious breakup.
